Solar E Glass North Star's Solar E glass is treated with super-thin layers of silver that keep out the heat of the sun's rays while offering an attractive, slightly grey tint. This high-performance product offers substantial energy savings for south- and west-facing structures exposed to the full force of the sun.

Grilles are available in white, cream/ivory, hickory, chestnut brown, sandalwood, cocoa (available summer 2008) and sable (available summer 2008). Certain grilles are also available with North Star's natural and Canadian oak interior finish. For a more elegant accent, consider our pewter or brass grilles and for something particularly special, ask about our contour grilles.
