It is well worth considering frame construction even if the desired addition is only required for three season use. In the future, if the addition is required for year round use, it becomes very expensive and sometimes impractical to convert a pre-fabricated three season addition to serve this new function. However, with a frame-constructed addition, the conversion can take place at a fraction of the cost.
